Today I'm talking to Kate Dempsey about voice and clothes in The Herbalist.
Kate runs Emerging Writer Blog - which is the by far the best blog going for information on submission opportunities and competitions - I was quite addicted to Kate's blog when I first started writing!
Kate is also the author of Some Poems. She was shortlisted for the Hennessey New Irish Writing award no less than three times, has been widely published and runs the Poetry Divas Collective, 'a glittering group of women who blur the wobbly boundaries between page and stage at cool events all over Ireland.' And if that wasnt enough, she also blogs about poetry for Writing.ie
