"Stories for the Ear Volume 11"


Kildare County Council invite applications from writers living in or from County Kildare to submit a short story to be included in the second volume of "Stories for the Ear". All successful stories will be professionally recorded and uploaded to the Arts Service Website. Successful writers will also recieve £120 & 10 copies of the cd. Closing date: Tuesday 8th June 2010. Volume 1 indicates a very high standard with stories from Aidan Higgins, Mae Leonard, Mary O Donnell, Kate Dempsey, Maria Murphy, John Mc Kenna, Pete Hamilton, Dominic Cogan, Brian Bryne and Eileen Keane. Copies are available free of charge from the Arts Office.

Not too sure, trying to finish this novel, but I might recycle a pre-existing story. And thanks Theresa!

I am just back to my computer after my daughter's confirmation, its added years to me, actually was great fun.
