Willow Ball

Having a ball at the ball, first person myself and Robert bump into is the lovely Rita...

And Anais, was full of chat, and herself!

Everyone liked my dress, and the new haircut, wonder will it set a trend...?

Greta didn't stay long...

Max and Dorethea want to paint me, then they started to argue, then they started to make automatic drawings on each other...

Hi, Liz! Liz? Ah well....

Mitch is such a nice man, he danced with everyone... a heart of gold!

Some guests were so pleased with their make up application they dazzled themselves...

Do I want to dance...?

OH I am so envious!! I want to be in the company of such perfect beauties and am torn whether to worship at the feet of Ms Hayworth or to throw myself at Mr Mitchum. Hmmm!

Take care

it's all such a mad whirl, darling! Did you taste the caviar? I do not like champagne but the vodka is brilliant - so cold so icy and my accordion skirt is a big hit even though Hedda Hopper hated my bustier. Ah well. Tom is waiting - I need to go out and have a cigarette with him on the deck.

isn't it all too delicious - the caviar, the men, the swooping dresses? And the chat - my dear, too divine. Tom insists that I go meet this friend of his so I'll be off but I'll try and come by later...oh, this skirt? It is my accordion playing skirt. I adore it though it is falling to bits.

Thanks Niamh!

I think you could do both, if the heart could withstand it!

Hedda is just jealous Jan! I just saw her stomp off! Enjoy that vodka! Sounds delicious!

Your new Louise Brooks doo is just fabulous! You look stunning, daaling! Mitchum is giving me that "look", but I must admit, I am a little afraid of him. Does he still have those strange tattoos on his fingers?

Your hair looked fabulous -- we'll all be wearing that style before you know it. I hope you enjoyed your dance with Robert. Isn't he divine?

Still here...

Yes, I’m still here! And still writing... I decided to reawaken the blog as I miss its old style, slow style - which suits my own at the mom...
